2016 Season is starting

Rugby practice

Practices for both men and women's rugby will start this Thursday, July 28th for the 2016-2017 season. Practices run from 6-8pm every Tuesday and Thursday at Franke Field behind Meijer in Traverse City. If you are interested come along to watch or come ready to play.

Even if you can't make first practice, we recruit all season. Come when you can!

Michigan Cherry Cup 2016

Annual Michigan Cherry Cup

Save the date on your calendar! Saturday, August 13th, is our annual Cherry Cup in beautiful Traverse City, cherry capital of the world. It's a full day tournament of 15-man rugby union. Every year the tournament grows and we are hoping for another great year.  Watch this space for more details on time and location. It looks to be a hot August, so bring your bathing suits. Plenty of lakes for swimming and a beer!

Annual General Meeting

The Blues are having their Annual General Meeting tonight at the CABIN. 1400 River Road, Traverse City. Officers will be elected.

Anyone interested in playing Women's or Men's rugby this next season is invited to attend. Take this opportunity if you are interested to meet the coach and some of the other players. There might be some burgers and beer, too!
